Orders ship frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to maintain peak freshness. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Storage Instructions:
When your order arrives, immediately refrigerate items you'll cook within 5 days. Everything else goes straight to the freezer where it maintains quality for 6-12 months.
