"Make It Right" Return & Refund Policy for Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns, as items may spoil during the traditional return process. So instead, we offer a Make It Right Policy for eligible issues as outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We require that you inspect your items upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any problems.
To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product(s) in question, including any damage or defects
- Your order number and proof of purchase
Steps to Request a Replacement or Refund

- Provide Documentation: Include photos and details about the issue.

Exceptions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Improper Handling or Storage: Products must be stored according to the instructions provided. We cannot be responsible for items that spoil due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or extreme weather conditions.
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for personal preference or buyer's remorse.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice:
- Damaged or spoiled items
- Missing products
- Incorrect items

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
